Made using a mix of Small Valley Milling's White Bread Flour & Farmer Ground Flour's Whole Einkorn Flour with a sprinkle of sunflower seeds. Also a little kick of rye flour in there because I'm an adult and I can do what I want. Great for toast, sandwiches, grilled cheese...ya know, the things one typically does with bread.
